Following the success of the visit to HanelPT- a Vietnamese enterprise in import-export and a key member of the Keieijuku Club, students of the International Business Program at VJCC has just continued visiting and learning deeper about the operation of a typical representative business representing the Japanese businesses in Vietnam - Honda Vietnam located in Phuc Yen Town, Vinh Phuc Province on May 4.

            Honda Vietnam once had a very interesting talk and exchange with students of the program from the first year of the course "Career design and skills". The company has provided an overview of the labor market, as well as career orientation and inspiration for the students of the program.

            Back to the visit, it is part of V-BIZ Business Plan 1, which is the core subject of VJCC first-year students’ program. During the field trip, students of VJCC had the opportunity to learn about the development process, organizational structure and modern production procedures in the two factories producing motorcycles and cars of the company. Students have also been instructed by the professional trainers team of the Safe Driving Training Center to teach basic safety driving skills when joining traffic.

            After visiting the production sites and getting to know about the process of production management as well as quality control, students got the opportunity to interact directly with representatives of the company to have their concerns and questions clarified, especially when it comes to market development, business models, as well as the application of 5S or KAIZEN process. Students also received many commemorative gifts from Honda Vietnam.
